Meet Dr. Flikkema

Katie Flikkema, O.D., is an optometrist at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology, serving patients in East Beltline and Grandville.

Dr. Flikkema earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ferris State University and earned her Doctor of Optometry from Chicago College of Optometry at Midwestern University.

She completed her internships at Midwestern University Eye Institute, Battle Creek VA Medical Center, Dynamic Center for Vision Therapy and Midwest Eye.

Dr. Flikkema is a member of the American Optometric Association, Michigan Optometric Association and the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society.
