Meet Dr. Piippo

Laura Piippo, M.D., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric ophthalmologist at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology, serving patients in Walker, Rockford, and Holland, MI. She specializes in pediatric ophthalmology.

Dr. Piippo earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Lake Superior State University and her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her ophthalmology residency at University of Illinois and completed her pediatric fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.

She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, American Medical Association, American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, Pan-American Association of Ophthalmology, and Phi Delta Epsilon International Medical Fraternity.
