Meet Dr. DeClarke

Sarah DeClarke, O.D., is an optometrist at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology. She provides routine eye care services to patients in Rockford and Greenville, MI.

Dr. DeClarke earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Aquinas College and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry. She completed her internships at Wyoming VA Medical Center, WOW Vision Therapy, and Michiana Eye Center.

Dr. DeClarke is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Michigan Optometric Association and the West Michigan Optometric Association.
