Mark Kosciuszko, O.D., F.A.A.O., is an optometrist at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology, serving patients in Rockford, MI. He provides complete eye care for all ages; diagnosis, management & treatment of eye diseases including glaucoma & diabetic eye conditions; contact lenses.
Dr. Kosciuszko earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Alma College and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Ferris State University. He completed his clinical fellowship and residency at Illinois College of Optometry.
Dr. Kosciuszko is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and is a member of the Grand Rapids Lions’ Club.
